Consider the indoor exercise cycle which is small and can fit into a corner of your house. If you find it difficult to go out for a walk, just hop on to the cycle. This machine allows you the convenience of television watching even as you cycle. If it is walking you prefer, keep a pedometer with you at all times. It automatically counts the number of steps you have taken in the course of a day.
Lose Weight Fast
Plan a healthy menu ahead each week and ensure that you do all the required shopping at the beginning of the week, leaving less chance of unsuitable last minute fast foods or unhealthy meals finding their way into your diet.

Make sure that you drink plenty of water throughout the day, not only will it ensure that you stay hydrated, but it will also help to stop you from feeling as hungry.
Try to incorporate even a little exercise into your daily routine, even if it is only taking the stairs instead of the lift, parking the car further away than you normally would at work, or walking an extra stop before taking the bus. Try to avoid eating later in the evening, if you have to have something try to make it a healthy snack and not junk food.
